For rentals of 30 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.

For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.
